Adobe flash player help

Hi i have flash player 10 and version 10.0.32.18?i am using vista 32 bit, when i go to videos on the msn home page i get a black screen and the videos will not load, this was working fine until about two weeks ago, i have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe and have updated the active x as well and nothing seems to work, but it works ok on you tube. i use firefox version 3.5.3 and IE 8 and the videos will not load on either browser, can anyone help me on this, thanks
