I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find it, so my apologies upfront.
I'm working in Indesign CS3 on a PC.
Is there a way to carry over a 4 page spread over into an existing document without having to copy/paste and have to relink the text boxes again??InD seems to allow only copy/paste 2 pages at a time, forcing me to relink pages 3 and 4 to it.?Problem is, every time I relink the page 3 and 4 text boxes, it seems to drop in duplicates of the text.?Is there an easier ways to merge the documents??I've been struggling with this for a year now, there's got to be an easier way.
Thanks.?M.
CS3 page mergingUse Pages panel for that. Select pages you want to copy by shift-clicking their thumbnails in Pages panel and drag selected thumbs to another document. It楹搒 easier if you put your document windows side by side, in CS3 you have to do that window positioning manually... , in CS4 you could do that even easier...
There is also a Move Pages feature in Pages panel楹搒 menu. In CS4, you can move pages to another document but I楹搈 not sure was it possible in CS3...
CS3 page mergingThanks!?I'll try it out and let you know how it goes.?Geeze, something so simple, you think I'd think of that one already...Fingers crossed.?
