Printing text from old form

I am having trouble printing a file that shows text that is not viewable from Adobe Reader.?I am printing a form that has the correct form completed but when I go to print the form it has text that it is priniting over a fomer name on the form.?Example is name John Doe was previous name on the form.?When I go to print new form for John Smith the old name of John Doe prints on top of the new form.
